Xavier Devaux

Xavier Devaux is appointed by CNRS as researcher since 1992. Involved in projects on ultrafine powders and nanocomposites for mechanical properties and for thermoelectrics, then on nano-carbons and carbon-nanotubes, he developed a special interest for advanced transmission electron microscopy. His current interests concerns the chemical characterisationat the atom scale of interfaces, doping and defects for the development of nanomaterials for optics and optoelectronics.
